General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Taswiq Media (Einzelunternehmen) (hereinafter “Antragsbruder”) to consumers in connection with the use of our website and our administrative support services. These Terms are governed by German law.

Antragsbruder helps customers understand official correspondence, prepare applications, and organise and digitise documents. Antragsbruder does not provide legal advice, tax advice, and does not make any decisions on behalf of authorities. The specific scope of services is agreed individually with each customer.

A contract is formed once Antragsbruder has accepted a request and confirmed the respective scope of services and price with the customer. Submitting a request via the website does not, by itself, constitute acceptance.

The remuneration is agreed individually with the customer before an order is placed. There is no public price list – reach out via contact The price is always stated as a total price including applicable VAT.

The customer shall provide Antragsbruder with the information and documents required for processing completely and truthfully. Responsibility for the timely submission of applications and documents to the competent authority remains with the customer.

Antragsbruder does not guarantee that an application will be approved or that a particular benefit is owed. Antragsbruder does not provide legal or tax advice. For more details, see What we are not.

Whether consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal and how it is exercised depends on the circumstances of the individual contract.

Antragsbruder is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as under the provisions of the German Product Liability Act. Otherwise, Antragsbruder is only liable for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
